Day 12

Just came back from the revision class and it was an interesting and fruitful trip. Lessons learnt from my campaigns today:

  1. Not all campaigns are worth doing especially those with <$4 payout.
  2. When intext do not give you enough traffic, use shorter keywords like 'TWO WORDS'.
  3. Pops must be done with URLs.
  4. Give away offers must be done on landing pages, apparently I have not come to this stage yet. But soon I will be a master of LP!
  5. Sometimes the sweet spot to traffic may not be necessary always be top bids. But 60-70% traffic is good enough for your campaigns.
  6. Do different offers on the same traffic network.
  7. Add more KW and URLs if your do not have sufficient data even 15 URLs and 150 KW>.
  8. Rule of thumb, 100 clicks> and not converting = STOP.
  9. Have learnt how to do split testing on 50 on red.
  10. Lastly, should your conversion drops during optimization or during scaling. You can always pause the campaign and run again at at later date.
I will use all these tips and fine tune my campaigns now. Although the time now is 1:10AM, I quickly took a freshen up bath and ready to kick start my next campaign now. Wish me luck!
