Trafficvance keyword bidding rankings

I figured out that the traffic ranking for Trafficvance may be in this manner as followed:

If my current ranking is 1.6, that means:

I am in position/rank 6 on the keyword bidding system.

If my current ranking is 4.7, that means:

I am in position/rank 38 on the keyword bidding system. For the colors:
HIGH it may means that you are on the top 100 in the system.
MEDIUM may means that you are in the middle 200 in the system.
LOW may means that you are at the bottom 300 in the system.
